The connection is extremely fast and really helped me in some situations. However, I’d like to address the issue where it automatically connects to your fastest server available. For some instances, I’d like to use Japan servers but it connects me to my local servers which becomes pretty inconvenient. In the past, it connects to the last server connected and I find that more convenient than the one we have now, therefore asking whether it’s possible to make this adjustment on server selection. I hope express VPN can take this issue into consideration, thank you for your time.

So I started using EVPN in 2017 and it worked great in the beginning, so continued to subscribe in 2018 and 2019 but by the end of 2019 the service had really dropped and the VPN was very unreliable, I found another provider and started using it simultaneously during 2020. EVPN had so many issues during 2020 and the service that once excited was basically gone, the other provider that I was using worked like clock work, never any issues so for the bigger part of 2020 I never logged into EVPN so I figured I would unsubscribe on my apple account. I just received a mail saying that the subscription would be renewed automatically unless I unsubscribed(?) I went back into my subscriptions and it was definitely no longer active so after double checking I had to go into their website and unsubscribe there as well. As far as I understand once you unsubscribe on your apple account you should no longer have to go to the apps website to also unsubscribe. If I would have missed this mail I would have payed for another years subscription 😏 very sneaky EVPN!

I jumped around with different VPN’s for a while but when I found ExpressVPN a few years ago I have stayed satisfied and loyal. There were some issues from time to time when the great firewall efforts temporarily increased seasonal blocking but since the major update and upgrade recently it has been smooth sailing. Updated to a new software 7.9.3 (1) still doesn’t work. Contacted the support they basically said wait until the engineer fix it and who knows when they will fix it. Also this VPN Is slow. Trust me I used it for 4-5years already. I pay 99 dollars a year.. too expensive for this kind of value. In one year about 1-2 months you are not able to use the vpn because the gov updates their great firewall but I am still paying for those days-months I can’t use too. They made a lot of money off me already. The only good thing is that they have 24h live support. Which it doesn’t help in my case. Ask you to change location or ask you to change protocol. This is a real honest feedback. I renewed it couple weeks ago but I think I will ask for my money back. 30 days money back guarantee!
