You know how you can control where the character moves and their attacks in Injustice? Well in Mortal Kombat you just tap, hold, swipe, spam tap... it would be nice to have control over the whole thing like in the PC/Xbox/PlayStation versions of Injustice

The game does not fit the screen size

Today I got my new iPhone XS max and I couldn’t wait to play this game with my new iPhone and unfortunately this game was just not fit the screen size and the image displayed on the iPhone was even smaller than the image displayed on the iPhone 6s Plus that seriously affected the experience on the game play. So please fix the image to size that fit the full screen mode on the iPhone XS max.After serval times of updating, I think the game is dying. Wrong command of the character, the special attack is intentionally slow up that made the hacker or the so called “PVP Opponents” kill my characters more easily. What makes me feel frustrated and totally disappointed about is the so called “new card packs”, up to now I get the repeated character for 30 times consecutively and the free buying system is replaced by the “random” buying system that I can’t buy the character that I want with my free will, in return j can only buy the character with random Arrangement which made the game become More difficult to play.

The graphics are just about the only thing it has going for it. Plenty of cons in gameplay, for example:- Lag in reaction time. The toon doesn’t block immediately, doesn’t switch out immediately, doesn’t use specials straightaway. It will stand there stupidly for 1-2 secs while waiting for the action to kick in. Some toons with tag in actions (eg. Mk 11 scorpion)may even tag in and stand idly for a second while waiting for the tag-in action to kick in, ignoring my commands to block , attack etc. Took a lot of unnecessary beating and losses while lagging.- While the variety of toons is good, getting the toons to fusion 10 is another matter as you need duplicates to fuse and some of the characters are really hard to get, like 1 in 35 chance in an expensive pack. All just to get ppl to spend money.- Each specials requires an user action to boost up the damage, like repeated swiping, tapping, etc. Some of the actions are so difficult to register I can’t get past 50% while others are easier, which makes for a lopsided gameplay.- there’s no bronze packs available for sale hence it takes a long time to upgrade bronze level toons, which you’ll need for some challenges.

Getting Cheated after paying for premium + packages

I just purchased a premium + event in MK 11 mobile. $188, I suppose to get an upgrade of MK1 Zub-Zero & MK 11 movie Scorpio and other items of premium . But instead I only unlocked premium + but didn’t get the other items of it like the MK11 Scorpion didn’t get also the MK1 Sub Zero before official release, as special gift. Please look into this matter I think I am getting cheated by you. What’s the use if getting cheated after I pay for the premium product. I would like to request for a refund if I am not getting the premium package thing as promised
