It is obvious that the functionality of Outlook in Mac is less than on MS Windows environment. Such as attaching emails records, drags and drop are not as good as MS Windows. But as must functions are already covered, it will still be a good application to use instead of others.

i switched to the new outlook as everyday i had a message to siwtch to the new one... what a mistake!! Now, when i search for an email i sent, i can not find it because it shows old emails received many years ago with the date of today; even an email sent 1 minute ago, i can not find it because lot of old emails show up before. Same problem if i use the search toolbar.It's a nightmare, and i lose lot of time. It's a big mess now. So unhappy

two of the email accounts weren't syncing properly so they were deleted and added again. Outlook was unable to add without giving a detailed reason while MacOS Mail and webmail was working fine.Contacted online customer service for help and got assigned a representative. Responses were few and slow. Asked 3 rounds of questions for more information and then went silent for 5 hours.I gave up and switched to MacOS mail.

Launching time is quite long, it makes the computer freeze for a minute or two until Outlook shows up
