Unable to find purchase history, customer can’t trace back which items was purchased before or want to re-purchase.

Made an order today and pay by PayMe, it cannot redirect to PayMe App until I click the icon on IKEA App. After the payment was done at PayMe App, the IKEA App keep on loading for over 5 minutes until I manually close the app. After reopen the app, it shown that no order is under process, no email confirmation is received, but the money is already deducted from my Payment account. I need to contact the customer service at the end, but unfortunately it was Sunday and I have to follow-up in office hour on the next day.

It’s so horrible that you keep sending email notifications almost every two days to remind me of items left in the cart. There’s no way to disable this notification function since the relevant page in the app doesn’t even load! You know some people just leave items in the cart intentionally to wait for out of stock items to come back. What an annoying shopping experience. Deleted the app after five email notifications were sent to me over the past two weeks.
