Trashy app with trashier customer service
Never wrote an app review prior to this, but this is by far the worst e-commerce app i have ever used that I must leave a comment. The online order delivered with a missing item, i immediately submitted a proof of missing item through the app. However, there is no way in the app to track how is the problem resolved. What’s even worse, their customer service line NEVER had anyone picking up the calls. Be ready for 0 support if you plan to buy things online from them.

Big company with 垃圾app
Could not understand, my digital experience with anything to do with this group of companies from this family is utterly horrendous. Wondering what they have got for an IT team to be so bad both in user experience and reliability of their systems. Many of the apps like this one is not even useable. It starts and showed blanks on IOS 15.5. Previously it was painfully slow and quit suddenly. In these days and age of digital world, they can only survive because they got the duopoly in HK. Legacy of weak government with overpaid civil servants.
