Regarding imo calls

Good morning
I am still unable to make voice call and video calls from my iphone. When I try to call to my saved contacts it reply “your buddy is not online”however I am able to receive voice and video calls from my friends. please kindly find out my problem and solve it as soon as possible. After occurred this problem I reinstalled the app but problem is still remain same so please do check and solve my problem.

Hi friend,
if the call failure shows "your buddy is not online" or request invitation ( standard SMS rates may apply ) and all the messages you sent always show one tick (√), you may be blocked by him. You can only be unblocked by him.

Sudden call received from unknown

Hi, i just want to know how they can find me even they are not my friend in Imo. I received s call from one of my friend in Imo but he/she is not in my contact.
Please explain how it happen. Im not imo user but i tried to use then suddenly like that.

Help will much appreciated.
