cannot detect my ixpand flash drive
My New iPad Air 4 , after install the ixpand app from store, but cannot detect my new flash drives, one is ixpand flash drive Luxe 256GB, another is Dual drive Luxe USB Type-C 256 GB, I have try all the solution from you website, but still not work, any solutions.
It backs up photos nicely -that’s about it
The app does a good job of backing up photos. That’s about it. And even then, it keeps popping up asking if you would want to delete the originals. You have to say no about three times before the pop up will go away. If you are hoping to free up space in the iPhone by transferring the music to the Sandisk drive, you’re in for a disappointment. It is clumsy and cumbersome and lacking in many basic functions. It would sometimes copy audio files and label them unknown. Well, it is not unknown to me but there seems no mechanism for renaming the file. The app has very few useful functions (you cannot even edit playlists properly) and very unintuitive to use. I am regretting parting with so much money for what turns out to be just a fancy thumb drive.
Please add backup option by photo date
This app is not friendly to those who would like to keep recent photos instead of deleting them.
Everytime i need to scroll down to the bottom manually and choose the earliest photo to backup
I suggest below in future update.
1. Option to choose which photo dates are going to backup (by month and year is fine for me)
2. Option to sort from old to new, which is easier to backup the earlier photo
