I've booked tickets from Madrid to Hong King last year December, with Amsterdam as the transfer point. The second half of the trip from Amsterdam to Hong Kong has been cancelled a few hours before the flight - which has already caused much issue to me given HK's strict quarantine policy. Apart from being apalled by the the sudden cancellation, the refund policy and customer services of Kiwi is unbelievably poor. I have made numerous refund requests through the application and sent messages to follow-up on the refund, with ZERO response from the customer service team. They also would NOT provide any hotlines for customers who their flights GOT CANCELLED, not mentioning the cancellation was just a few hours before - quite irresponsibly indeed. I hope Kiwi can treat their customers responsibly - not using the ugly tactics of delaying refund till their victims gave up on their requests. And I hope Apple could review it's apps more carefully and banned apps wjo aren't ethical in their business practices.

I bought a ticket from the app for 3000 hkd. And while it’s already being suspicious for charging such a high price for just a short 2 hours trip. It later told me that the itinerary had changed and I had to pay for a thousand more for the adjustment. It’s an urgent trip so I paid it. Later on , it send me the same message to charge me another fee for the same reason. Finally, I cannot take it anymore and request for a refund but it takes 3 months for their reply and no refund has been made after 7 months. I also realised that the trip I book was actually never exist due to the covid-19 policy. Therefore, this company will create a virtual ticket for you and wait anxious people to fall victim. I am pretty sure that this company buy the 5 star comment too. Hope someday justice would be made. Shame on you!

I booked a ticket through their website. Didn’t receive a confirmation, Logged in to the site, no booking seen as well. Reached out to them, waited a long time for someone to message and every single messages was replied by a different person. Repeatedly told me that they payment didn’t gone through and there’s no booking. But the payment did go through. Okay, I went on and buy a new one with some other more trustworthy company and requested for a refund if the payment did eventually go through. Then they come back to tell me that the ticket was confirmed the first place. Then why EVERYONE told me otherwise ?? At the end, the claim team refused to look at the confusing messages from the customer service. And refused to refund. AVOID !!

I booked a ticket on Kiwi, because the price showed on website is the most cheapest. About 1 week I paid for the ticket, they said flight company changed the schedule and ask me to pay EUR200 extra for the trip.
When I noticed that a lot of negative comments on website. I decided to cancel the flight 1 month before my trip, to prevent if Kiwi change my flight and charge me again. Once I choose to cancel flight. They said they will deal with flight company to refund me. About 1 month after, there are no updates. No refund. No customer service. According to their stupid AI communication. Process period 14 days become 2 months. Kiwi is a scammer. Don’t use it!!!

Kiwi’s poor system design caused me to accidentally book the wrong ticket. I contacted them asap to explain the situation and how their system has a problem. They declined to help me fix the problem and kept on repeating the same spill about how my ticket is a saver ticket and cannot be changed or refunded. There was no acknowledgment or understanding of my situation.
Eventually they saw my point of view and said they would refund me. I responded for them to proceed and they acknowledged it saying that they will process the refund. However, they did not process it in time and called me back denying ownership. Eventually they did confirm it was not processed by their staff and by then it was too late.
They then refused to help me any further.
Absolutely appalling business practices and ethics. My refund request wouldn’t have hurt them one bit but they chose not to take ownership and compassionate to my situation.

I booked a standard flight ticket, requested a change in date, they updated my e ticket with the date unchanged, spent me more then a week to communicate with them, they kept ask me to wait for updates until it’s too late to cancel my flight or make any changes (within 24 hours of flight). Finally I have to book another flight on my own, what I paid for kiwi ends uo become nothing. I paid for nothing but frustration.
Kiwi just doing whatever they can do avoid responsibilities and avoid helping customers, what they do best is to sell you add-on services which they cannot fulfil.
Horrible experience, booking with them is like a scam. Speaking to their customer service is like speaking to robots, not helpful.
Avoid using this app.

I purchased flight ticket and added extra bag to my flight from them.
In the end i discovered that it was x5 more expansive than doing it directly from the airline.
Another thing is that they don’t give you the reservation & booking number to access to the airline website.
I filled a complain against this company from running a scam!! Do not use their app or service.
I don’t know how apple allowed this kind of apps to be in their store.

Purchased air ticket and added two checked baggage, and eventually, only one (20kg) can be checked. Lots of misleading information! They required a payment verification, I think for security reason, that’s fine, but after uploading all the ID information and my own picture, it still didn’t work. Will Never Ever buy any ticket from them! Unpleasant experience!

Worst app ever if you do some mistake while booking like (u do mistake the name) you will need few days to respond and after u book the ticket u need like 5-6 hours for ur ticket confirmation email 🤦♂️🤦♂️
What if we have flight next few hours whats the solution so please i would strongly recommend not to use this app at all like really really at all
