I like the auto-assigned the best seat system; and also the time the system allows us to hold is reasonable.
Concert ticketing
Smooth ticket purchase process, glad you can preserve a ticket for 10 mins on hold to finish your transactions. Further improvement would be appreciated if we could choose/ get a preview of our seats in the venue so we know where exactly we sit instead of the area assigned.
Really hard to find shows
Searching interface is nearly useless. It’s even not possible to find by artist name.
