Knowt is a very helpful tool for making flash cards. It’s helped me memorise important information for my subjects such as Biology and Chemistry. Moreover, I am able to use it anywhere which means I can study even when I’m on a train or even when I’m walking home.
I also want to emphasise how great the customer service is. I recently had some issue with Knowt so I contacted the support desk and they were able to resolve the issue quickly within a day or two (which I think is really impressive). So if the person who had to deal with my issue is reading this, thank you so much!! :))) (even though they probably won’t see this)
Bug
Since this morning morning whenever I added a new flash card, the app opens a black screen video which I have to get rid of by hitting the cross
Update
After upgrading noting happened and no one fix the problem….
