With LeadFlowPro™, your website visitors can request information or a consultation and your team can engage with them via text message, no cellular connection required. When your staff uses the LFP mobile application, your visitors will receive real-time replies on their mobile device via SMS (text message). Company managers can monitor all messages sent/received by authorized agents in real-time, optimizing quality assurance. “Agents” may be business owners (eg. doctor, attorney, etc) who interact with their own patients/clients, their staff, or call center specialists who interact with clients from multiple companies. Each client chat can include custom notes which are visible to other agents. Unlimited templated replies may be defined for each group of agents to provide a rapid and uniform user experience. The mobile application only requires a WiFi connection, so communication can take place using your company’s network or at times when cellular service is not available. New leads may be acquired via websites, QR codes, contact forms, chat widgets, lead forms, or directly via SMS. LeadFlowPro™ integrates with existing systems (EHR, EMR, CRM) to enable secure chat between one client and one agent or one client and a group of agents. Clients may be passed/transferred between agents to provide optimal responses. In addition, one agent can manage inbound leads for multiple departments, divisions, or companies.
