Inspired by natural folding cases such as the "Leaf House" of the net butterfly larvae, it integrates biological observation, mechanical simulation, and engineering optimization into a cartoon style intelligent folding workbench. Users can select inspiration from the biological folding strategy library, interactively define materials, geometry, and stitching constraints, view stress flow lines and multi steady state characteristics in real-time during the folding process, and parameterize and optimize the stitching line layout. By visualizing timelines, previewing environmental loads, and automatically generating design reports, LeafWeaver Lab helps users quickly transition from "biological inspiration" to "manufacturable folding structure solutions," suitable for teaching demonstrations, concept verification, and early-stage engineering design exploration.
