Cannot install package

It is awesome to see a free in App Store which can run Octave code. As my computer is currently sent to repair, this is my best shot on my assignment. But there is a problem, the package need cannot be installed while suing this app. Other device on the same network works just fine but not this app. I don’t know what caused it but hope that the developer can fix it. Again, I am truly grateful to see the appearance of the app on the app store.
