I’ve done online order from Wellcome for past several years. They never charged me for delivery fee. Why market place had to charge delivery upon more than $830 purchase.
I’ve been working on the order for an hour and doesn’t want to forfeit my effort. If there’s no online $50 coupon to compensate, I’ll cancel my order.
If you want more online business, please work on user friendly system and free delivery.
Very disappointed!

Very bad exp

I placed the order and didn’t deliver at scheduled time. It is fine . But I would like to get the rescheduled time…however the apps can’t see the new status of the delivery and I can only call to hotline and I spent more than 15min to call the hotline again and again😡 ..still no one pick up the call … I have no idea where I can check my order and who will follow up ?!!!!!

weight limit

If there is weight limit to the order, users should be notified when the items were being put into the cart. To ask the users to take away some items in order to cut the weight, it would be a trouble and the App was not user friendly.
