fixing the stability of choosing an appropriate icon

when applying design ideas, icons are automatically generated but some don't suit the flavour and thus changing another one. The situation where clicking on another one and the "rainbow circle" on mac appears. The application does not work anymore and the unsaved are not able to recover.

Not so good as on Windows

Microsoft office apps are not running on MacOS so fluently as on Windows. For example, PPT sometimes go to forced quit for no reason. I use PPT almost everyday at work, and I come up with this probelm 2-3 times a week. Spelling check is not so good when writing in multiple languages. I use English, Chinese and Japanese for writing, and I sometimes need multiple languages show up on a same page for my work, while my system language is English. Spelling check often show wrong reports on Chinese or Japanese wording, and PPT suffered forced quit quite offen when I tried to add my Chinese and Japanese words to dictionary.

Office is not optimized enough for Mac OS

I've been using Office since 1998, and I migrated to Mac in 2016. In 2019 I moved back to Windows because of Apple's keyboard problems, but when they fixed it, I came back again.

So, here is the thing: Office is just not optimized well enough for MacOS. It works, yes, but here and there it crashes, freezes, etc. If you can avoid Office on MacOS, do it, if not then you have to accept it.

Needles to mention, Mac's native productivity apps work the best. Keynote is just good enough for basic presentations, but overall, PowerPoint is has many more options.
