Packed with additional tools like a daily positive habit tracker, breathing exercises, getting grounded, a journalling tool and much more.

Miindset learns more about you and what you need the more you use it thanks to the AI engine and our clinical psychology research.

Don’t worry Miindset is also completely anonymous and nothing can get onto our platform without being checked and approved by a mental health trained member of the team.
