App of Information

It is a treasure trove of information. It explains all the benefits at each level of qualification but walks you through it in easy steps.
It also gives you a running total of miles accrued & how many to go for next Status levels.
It also gives you ideas on trips for vacation that you want to plan, to me which in very convenient with a busy schedule that I have. It is at you very easy disposal.

Easy to use & available at your service 24hrs a day. It is like a concierge service on your phone from your favorite airline.

Terrible

This app is a shame - just a placeholder for linking to external websites. Literally every function from Mileage award booking to Mileage shop redemption redirects you to an external page and you have to login again. If the goal was to make flying star alliance and collecting miles a drag you have made that work.
