Absolutely useless
The biometric registration doesn’t work. When trying to scan my face it just gives me a black screen. The passport scanning process is also not working. Waste of time
Star Alliance Biometrics
Exceptionally difficult to set up. Have tried for over 30mins and can’t get the passport scan to work. Says it’s processing once I manage to avoid glare, keep the passport straight and hold my phone still. Still haven’t succeeded! This was supposed to be easy. Won’t bother again !
