The new My BMW App is the successor to the BMW Connected app and has a new modern design with intuitive and simplified user guidance.
By the following menu tabs, you will always have access to all the relevant functions of the My BMW App:
- Vehicle: Versatile remote-control functions and all-important status information about your BMW at a glance, especially for electrified BMWs.
- Profile: Personal settings and up-to-date information from BMW
CONTROL AND LOCATE YOUR BMW
The My BMW App shows you all the important information about your vehicle at a glance, such as the tank capacity and the current range of your BMW. For electrified vehicles, you can see the current electrical range and also the charge status. Are all windows and doors closed? Is your BMW ready to drive, are the tire pressure and oil level correct? Then the My BMW App will indicate “All Good”. Have you forgotten to lock the door? With the My BMW App, you can easily lock and unlock the doors or start the ventilation at any time. This allows you to conveniently control the most important functions from your smartphone. Do you no longer remember where you parked your BMW? The My BMW App knows exactly where your BMW is located.

PLAN YOUR NEXT TRIP
The new My BMW App is also possible to transfer destinations form third-party apps. When driving with a BMW Plug-in Hybrid or a fully electric BMW vehicle, the electric range is also displayed so that you will know whether you will need to charge your vehicle battery.

The My BMW App will remind you a good time of the next service appointment. BMW Roadside assistance is also available via the app if you are having any problems with the vehicle. Download the My BMW app to make full use of the digital features of your BMW. All important information about you BMW can be accessed on your smartphone at any time and from anywhere.

Excellent feature updates

The new my trips feature really rocks. Learn a lot about how to improve the driving economy. Also the multiple stops feature very helpful in planning a complex trips, though not many use cases in HK. Also the poi transfer from Google maps to car works like a charm. Good job bmw!

Registration and function

The Description on password during registration is confusing Didn’t specify the max number of special characters can be use. Saying that abc=ABC is totally not helpful at all
Some feature, such as 3D remote and battery level display is not working

The mechanical Brian Lai located at Chaiwan Service center had very professional with positive attitude n he is willing for help to solve out my problem for my X3. Really needs this kinds of person to serve for customer. Appreciated 🙏🏼
