My SmartPLAY 4+

This is the only official app to book the sport facilities yet the app is not fictional at all!
It keeps asking me to login in and it keeps many updated version with poor functions!

Just try simply booking the court but it makes it even clumsier and complicated!
I login in around 07:02 successfully and the last step is doing the payment!
Yet the screen is totally white without any respond!
I soon check it and find out the account is locked to wait for the booking to be invalided.
Nothing I can do.
So I keep waiting until 07:23 as it mentions it should be expired. I suppose I can reserve the court ASAP.
What’s a joke it mention there is a time flush with my booking time actually it is supposed to be invalid!
Then it drives me extremely busy by checking it again and again!
BUT I still can’t reserve the court even 40 mins passed!

What’s a dysfunctional app to drive every users get disappointed!!!!!

Login keeps timing out, no matter whether you use passwords, biometric or iamsmart. After 10mins of trying and randomly being kicked off for “network problems”, you land on a homescreen that can only be described as a UX disaster. Bc the flow is so nonsensical, you end up going through 3 screens where 1 would have been perfectly sufficient. The app takes about a minute to transition between screens so booking one tennis court literally takes 20min, assuming you haven’t been disconnected

I think this app is a great improvement of government service providing a very convenient and reliable online platform to make booking of recreational facilities and activities. It was undoubtedly a great effort. There were a few minor bugs at the beginning of launch, and they are now resolved. I wish the the UI will be kept improving. Keep up the good work.
