So far the app has a good design, however if I change the password on your 3 website. The app recognised the password has changed but doesn’t let you re-enter the new password again. It will keep trying to use the old password to log on and say it is wrong password. Only way is remove the app and reinstall the app then u can put the new password. U should fix it.

Net speed has been so much slower than how it used to be at the beginning. the speed also fluctuates too much that it effects strongly when you’re gaming or streaming. I also got wifi through same company just for gaming purpose. It worked super fast at first but doesn’t support much these days for streaming as the speed fluctuations is very strong. You can stream but only on very low quality and again speed fluctuation remains.

Also the my3 app is broken. Payment method is useless. When you try to reach to real agents for help and talk about it, it takes a while to reach out to them and again have to wait for English speaking agent for another while.

This is my first review of an app ever because it really needs a major uphaul.
Super slow to load even just a simple website “info page”, poor UI/UX design, jittery chat box that can’t keep up with normal human typing speed although iChat is a good idea/service, and overall just not enough of the critical customer information we need (but which is available on the web portal).
Also, if you are hoping for people to browse new products and buy at one click, this app is definitely not making things easy.
Really must add oil 3HK.
