Can't upload any photo
I couldn't upload photos to apply for the MNP . Neither using camera nor uploading from photo library, it wouldn't work!
Disconnected
When I want to use SoSim to check the data status, the network disconnected and turns to 3G and then the network does not function anymore until I turn the phone to flight mode and turn on again. Please check if there’s any issue on it. Update the app when necessary. Thanks
Cant reach to ichat
My MNP is unsuccessful and the app requires me to reach ichat. However, the phone and web version could NOT be reached. The representative in the stores in 3 Hong Kong said that they were not responsible for fixing the MNP problem. The online Q&A indicated you should use ichat to contact CS to fix it. Phoning to 1033 the representative there also could not fix immediately and just get my phone number. Please FIX your ichat and provide the hotline fixing the MNP problem!
