Fraud, scam

My flight was cancelled by airline and called mytrip to issue refund and their CS keep telling us they been trying to request airline for refund but couldn’t do so. I called the airline and with email confirmation that they never requested the refund and mytrip refused to give me proof of their request of refund from airline.

Been 3 months since I last requested for refund. They will just keep telling you they have “escalated” the case. Next time you message or call, it’s like it never happened.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY and WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM EVER AGAIN !!!!!! Good luck all

Scam

Indian scammers on the customer service make you wait forever and if you are not active for 3 minutes they disconnect you from the chat.
“Flexible” tickets means you pay a fee of 50% of the price of the ticket on top of paying extra for the “flexibility” App works terrible you have to close and re-open multiple times to see the new messages(keep in mind they disconnect you after 3 minutes) STAY AWAY from this

Not recommended

Not a travel agency. Customer service inexistent - won’t even forward you info about delayed flight. Avoid.
