Black screen app crashes

Black screen happens very often when there are ads. Also there’s a lot of ads. Unskippable ads six in a row sometimes. The cool part is you can go back several hours while watching live TV, but the ads that are malfunctioning keep making the screen black and make the app appear as though it has crashed. The black screen also happens quite often. So the app crashes pretty frequently. Could be so much better.

You latest upgrade is rubbish

What is the point of an upgrade if it doesn’t even download? You have to listen to users, otherwise, don’t bother to ask for a review! Honestly, reflecting to you guys is like talking to a brick wall, try listening and rectify the problem.

Since your upgrade, I have not been able to access any content, none of the live tv works, none of the free contents work either, absolute rubbish, your app is going backwards, gets worse every upgrade, the thing is it was working intermittently before last upgrade, then you are forcing viewers to upgrade to the latest version, otherwise cannot view! Why don’t you check out the bugs before you launch the latest version, and don’t force viewers to upgrade, the old version may be working fine with them, but then after installing upgrade, there is nothing! It is very very frustrating! Do something about it quick

Can you imagine?

Using this app will drive a normal person mad. It’s like getting stuck in traffic. Seriously I can’t count how many commercials I have to cancel before I get to the home page every time I open the app. Of course, when you have seen all the commercials, that’s the perfect timing to leave and go for other platforms: because even the home page takes forever to load and theres no no more mood for TVB - sorry.

Obviously people have to make profits out of this thing, but don’t forget profits don’t come when you have zero users. If you want to be successful, be user-friendly and put ads in a way that is less disturbing and annoying perhaps. Btw, in case you’re still confused, you’re now taking advice from a customer who has already cancelled her MYTVSuper plan.
