The app is highly inspired by the book by Marshall Rosenberg, "Nonviolent Communication" (often referred to as NVC). App is made to encourage expressing yourself in NVC language—without judgments, with responsibility for one's feelings and needs, and with precise requests.

Open the app whenever you need some time to think about your needs or how you'd like to approach a certain conversation.

For instance, if you're dealing with emotional pain in your personal relationships, take a step back, open the app, and let it guide you. Afterward, you'll gain a better understanding of your needs and know precisely what you can request from others to enhance your life.

This also applies to professional relationships. Take a moment to step back, understand your needs, and you'll have a better chance of getting what you want.

Utilize the app to understand yourself better. If you're feeling uncertain, open the app and explore. I assure you, it will be more helpful than just dwelling on your thoughts.

Repetition is the key. The more you engage in this exercise, the better you'll become at understanding and expressing yourself. Through self-awareness, you'll deepen your understanding of others.
