Typical HSBC frustrations
HSBC = How Simple Becomes Complicated. The top left-hand menu options overlap with iOS so it’s impossible to press the correct button here. Also, there is no log-off button so the only way to logout is to uninstall the app and then reinstall. Such a basic function and app made complicated.
Very annoying
I have multiple terminals and it always logs me out for no reason and takes forever to load. Why can’t you create static QR payment codes that can be separated by terminals?
