Horrible Helpdesk experience

I called Amex help desk on the issue that my app is not getting any notifications on my iOS device. Been calling them every 2 weeks and have to explain everything over. This has been going on for 2-3 months. They are very quick to charge the annual fee but very slow to find a solution to my notifications issue. Will report back on how long it takes Amex to fix this.

Very happy with AE app! The easiest, most reliable and user friendly. Especially when compared with HSBC, SC and BOC online banking & apps (these are terrible & want to make you pull your hair out!). They should learn from AMEX. What I also like is AE touch id, it never crashes + ease of credit card payment. Thank you!

Hello, can IT fix the bug please because no matter how many times I redoenload it just won’t let me in. It say “no internet connection” but the whole my internet work just fine. Please fix it, I can’t log in thanks
