Unauthorized Charges for App Subscription

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent charges related to the subscription. I find the app's billing process to be misleading and lacking transparency.

1. Lack of Notification: I was not informed about the cost of the subscription before making the purchase. Transparency is crucial, especially when dealing with financial transactions. Users should be clearly notified about the subscription fee upfront.

2.No Confirmation Prompt: The app did not ask for confirmation before charging me HK$468. A simple confirmation prompt would have allowed me to reconsider my decision and avoid this unexpected expense.

3. Surprise Invoice: I only realized that I had purchased the app when I received an invoice from Apple. This surprise charge caught me off guard, and I would have appreciated more clarity during the purchase process.

4. Refund Options: Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to request a refund. As a customer, I feel frustrated and disappointed by this lack of recourse.

I kindly request that you address these issues promptly. Transparency and user-friendly practices are essential for maintaining trust with your customers.

Hi, Dream Bear. We are sorry for your unsatisfactory experience. Please understand that every Apple account is eligible for a single free trial only. Therefore, if you initiate a second trial using the same Apple account, it will result in direct charges and subsequent subscription renewal.

Confusion about how to cancel the free use before the payment

I have registered and login the app, and was supposed to try the free use for seven days today. But then realized I did not need the functions while it is confusing how to cancel the free use for seven days. I wonder how I can get help regarding this question to avoid the unnecessary payment.
