Caches are now much faster to build and search. Cache content searches now support whole word matching, word exclusions and all words options. If activating ProFind via the HotKey or system menubar, ProFind will activate the search field when the window comes to the foreground.

Searches can now include "OR" at the end, before any commands. In this case any commands following OR will be treated optionally. For example: "cat OR : tag dog" will find items including cat or tagged with dog. Adding ": whole words" will ensure that words in the query are matched entirely ignoring partial word matches. Added a 'Copy' submenu to the search results context menu. The 'Copy' submenu includes: Copy Name, Path, Content and Contents using OCR. Copying contents will transfer the contents of the file to the clipboard. The feature supports common text and image formats and OCR for extracting text from images and PDFs. You can now search within favorites. So typing a ".png : downloads" will show all the png files within the favorite named downloads.

Disk caches can now optionally allow searching of file contents. Text documents can be indexed based on their contents, while image formats can be indexed via AI-driven OCR to extract text. Defaults to off. You can now choose to save a disk cache on a network disk, allowing it to be shared with other users. Fixed a bug where the hotkey could not be set. You can now use "OR" when searching for words. For example: "cat OR dog" will return results including either word. "OR" must be uppercase. Added 'Maximum Folder Depth' command to limit searches at a particular maximum search depth. Type: 'max depth 4' Items which have been found in a cache but no-longer exist on disk are shown with a line through their file names. Better support for searching cloud storage. Minor UI changes.

For connected disks which have a cache, the cache is now always shown in the search location menu. This enables users to always search a disk's cache without searching the real connected disk. Fixed a bug in regex processing.

Caches for subfolders on the same disk can now be updated individually. Cached locations can now have different update frequencies. Cached subfolders can now be selected as search locations in the search location menu. Fixes a bug where cached items could display incorrect dates.

Text size of the results list can be changed in Settings -> General or View -> Text Size. Sub folders can now be added to disk caches in Settings -> Disk Caches.
