I hope that the redeemable time can be quicker and give the cashback on time

I think Shopback is an useful and cost-saving app, recommend for travellers to save money! However, we have to wait a long time to get the money back (need patience). One of the transactions from HoldCover that should be redeemable last week, did not give me the money on time… Shopback said they follow up on the issue but there aren’t any replies until now.

Too much bugs on the app

1. I have selected my language is Eng and 70 of the app is still Chinese
2. Miss tracked my shopping
3. When I want to withdraw my cash with a small amount to give a try and I first try to use FPS method which is already verified but I have got rejected for 5 times and I have emailed them to check what’s going on and they have replied it must be my name and my bank information is correct. ( which I used my phone number to register)
4. I try to change another method to withdraw ( transfer to my bank account) for weeks I still have got my email to get the verification email to get it confirmed and I have also ask them on email which they have ignored my question.

Never receive any cash back

I have attempted to use the Shopback app for making purchases, but unfortunately, I have never succeeded. Firstly, it has a very long processing time which I find quite frustrating. I cannot understand why it takes so much time to chase a record in a digital world. I have followed all the necessary steps, starting from the Shopback page, but I still receive an automated message stating that they cannot track the record after three months.

It is disheartening to spend a lot of money on promotion and marketing, only to be deceived into using an application that does not deliver what it promises. In the end, the user gets nothing out of it.
