Smooth upgrade but what happened to Dark Mode?

The installation was smooth. Took a couple of minutes as with a normal Sonos upgrade. Worked seamlessly and the profile and all my streaming services and My Sonos days were visible on installation. One point less for going back to light mode when I enjoyed the previous dark mode. Why can’t the application reflect the system choice for Dark Mode?

Wifi connection problems

Your products are great. I’m happy with the quality of the sound. However, one thing that does bother me a lot is the connection problem to the wifi. The speakers, including the sound bar and base are having connection problems frequently, which the system just disconnected and stopped working all in a sudden. Reconnect the speakers would require rebooting my wifi router, which took a lot of time and also took away my mood. In fact initially I was planning to purchase 2 more side speakers to complete my 5.1 set up at home, however the wifi connection problem has precluded me from doing that. I’m not sure if I’m the only one experiencing such a problem and I doubt if any software update can fix the problem.

Frustrating; time and money wasted 6+ hours

It was all working fine for years, recently moved and had to reconnect to the new Wi-Fi. I've spent over 6+ hours to set up, STILL NOT WORKING. I can (sometimes) add the speakers, then after configuration they disappear in the app again. Reset and repeat.
It's still not working. What an enormous let down of Sonos. They should have gone back to the old app as soon as complaints came in and redo the new app from the ground up. This is embarrassing and damaging for Sonos. Who ever gave the green light on releasing the new version should face the consequences of it, including the CEO, they do not deserve my money as salary. This is costing customer so much time, frustration and money all over the world.
