Wifi connection problems

Your products are great. I’m happy with the quality of the sound. However, one thing that does bother me a lot is the connection problem to the wifi. The speakers, including the sound bar and base are having connection problems frequently, which the system just disconnected and stopped working all in a sudden. Reconnect the speakers would require rebooting my wifi router, which took a lot of time and also took away my mood. In fact initially I was planning to purchase 2 more side speakers to complete my 5.1 set up at home, however the wifi connection problem has precluded me from doing that. I’m not sure if I’m the only one experiencing such a problem and I doubt if any software update can fix the problem.

Simply does the job

No fuss, just plug and play. Exactly what you would hope an app for a home device to be. No learning curve and dumb proof. Absolutely love it.

Disastrous latest version update

I have all praises for your speakers and app before this latest update. I am a visually impaired person and your app has been working fantastic for people like us navigating and enjoying your every functionality using VoiceOver on the iPhone. Never a miss using your previous version. But your Much self acclaimed latest version is totally disastrous for voiceover users. It just does not work well for us. The navigation is terrible for us now. album, artist, song title etc in other languages eg Chinese does not read at all. Please have your developer team look into it. Many thanks.
