An amazing todo and calendar app

I have tried many todo and calendar apps in the past and this app helped me a lot in organising my days and keeping my life together. There are a lot of good and new functions compared to other apps for example good integration to calendar apps. I especially like the auto schedule function, however, it sometimes works weirdly when there are events that are “locked”.

Thanks for your wonderful feedback. We are working on various aspects to improve the usage experience. Events are locked by default since they may be shared and should prevent accidental adjustments. Please feel free to let us know if you have specific suggestion to handle events better.

When a 5 Stars software with a 1 Star Support Team

I recently had an issue with Sorted3 software and was disappointed with the level of service provided by their support team. While the software itself is good, the support team's reliability is questionable.

I submitted a complaint two weeks ago and was given a resolution time, but I have yet to receive any updates or confirmation on the status of my case. This is frustrating and concerning, especially considering that I expected my issue to be addressed in a timely manner.

If you are considering purchasing Sorted3, I recommend being cautious and taking the time to carefully consider whether their product and support are right for your needs.

Looks nice but doesn’t work so well

I can say myself a power users of to-do apps. There is hardly an to-do app I have not tried. I also purchased this app. This app’s interface is nice looking but once go down to details, there is a lot of things not yet thought through and many details can be much better. I used to think to-dos app should be such an easy thing to make. (Apology to the designers and developers) After using this app and seeing all the issues and where can go wrong, I start to appreciate other better to-do apps a lot more.
