Alway auto disconnect wifi

I’m using iPhone 11 Pro with latest iOS, when I choose to connect the Thinkware wifi signal, it will auto disconnect within a mins, this make me very inconvenient. Already cancel CarPlay auto join feature in wifi setting, please fix this issue. Thanks.

Poor wifi and hotspot connectivity

Takes long time to detect wifi or smartphone hotspot. Disconnects after few mins when app is not in use. Please upgrade software for wifi or hotspot to stay connect with the dash cam at all times as long as user is inside the car with mobile phone. Understand wifi and mobile hotspot gets disconnected when car engine is switched off and user walks away with phone, have to use a mifi or mobile hotspot in order to use cloud remotely.

Love this app. Not sure why everyone has connection issues, I don’t have any myself. Remember the ignition must be in the on position in order to be able to connect to the cam’s WiFi
