Download doesn’t work!

The download doesn’t work at all! I keep my screen unlock for an hour, and it still doesn't able to download a course that is less than 2 hours!

Good but have some enhancement request

Generally good tools for learning new skills. While using this app frequently, having the below enhancement can help me a lot:

1. Able to save the cc caption / video speed in user profile level, so that I do not need to set it in my iPhone / iPad / browsers.

2. Refresh the last learnt chapters when apps start up. I watch video in iPad at home and in iPhone while commute. But they always got out sync.

3. Able to go into the course without auto start video. Sometime I want to browse the other title to find the resource I have missed, but always need to wait to load up a video first, waste time and network bandwidth.

4. While changing to iPhone landscape mode, can can make it full screen instead of showing the course section on the right and click full screen button? At least giving a setting for us to choose this behaviour will be great.

5. I have completed a course but it always prompt me to watch the the old video after apps startup. See if we have an option to choose not to show up last video after login.

Good platform but app with bugs

Offline functionality has so many bugs, app hangs up - worst comes to worst: it happens when one doesn’t have an alternative, like in planes. Even if a session is downloaded, the app deletes the download when connected to a Wifi and starts streaming which is unnerving with slow WiFis.
The developer suggests that one download each session rather than the entire course - nice idea but disgusting with a course of 300 sessions. Even weeks/months after these issues were reported here, the app wasn’t improved. It’s a shame as courses are not bad but if you can’t use them it’s like trying to drive a sports car offroad :-(
