Weeave is a location-based social presence app designed for situational, real-world interaction. The app allows people to interact only when they are physically present in the same place and intentionally choose to be visible. There is no global discovery, remote browsing, or continuous visibility. Interaction happens only in the moment, within real locations, and only during an active session. How Weeave Works Active Mode Users become visible to others only after manually enabling Active Mode while being physically present in a supported location. Active Mode automatically turns off if the user becomes inactive or leaves the location, ensuring that only actively present users are shown. This design prevents passive profiles and supports meaningful, real-world interaction. Contextual Visibility Users are visible only to other Active Mode users in the same place and within a limited physical radius. There is no city-wide or global visibility. Users do not appear in search results or public user lists. Intent-Based Status While in Active Mode and inside a supported location, users may optionally set a temporary status that reflects their current intent (for example: social interaction, networking, conversation, or professional discussion). Statuses are visible only during the active session and expire automatically when Active Mode ends. Partner Locations Some locations cooperate with Weeave to provide a structured real-world environment for interaction. Optional in-app generated codes may be used for on-site benefits at participating locations. These benefits do not affect visibility or interaction. Privacy & Control by Design • Users control when they are visible • No background tracking • No persistent public profiles • No global user directories • Visibility is temporary and location-bound Weeave is designed to support contextual, real-life social interaction - not profile-based browsing or remote communication.
