This release fixes bugs relating to adding new entries/groups from the navigation bar and menu.

Buttercup's core internals have been updated to provide better compatibility with external services as well as a number of bugfixes for its vault logic.

We've fixed an authentication issue with Google Drive users that would prevent expired authorisation tokens from being renewed.

We've had some issues with Dropbox unlocking and saving, and these should now be fixed with this release. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

We've fixed a bug where Google Drive would require re-authentication very frequently. The wallet screen has also been removed due to compatibility issues.

We've updated our core functionality in preparation for our new vault format, which will be released in the coming days. We highly recommend updating to this version for stability.

This release further improves Dropbox vault source stability.

Fixed a Dropbox connection bug where users may not have been able to add or unlock vaults from the service.

Buttercup mobile gets a password generator! You can now generate passwords from the main menu, or when editing password fields on entries.

We've brought back the offline vault cache feature, so you can access your vaults even when you're without coverage or your service is down. We've also fixed a WebDAV caching issue preventing changes from showing up after subsequent unlocks.

Auto-filling your passwords has been made easier, with a search function available when you open Buttercup to fill a form. Auto-fill items are also filtered by the current website URL, so you should only see the immediately relevant items. Google Drive authentication has been improved, so that expired credentials can now be refreshed via Google's sign-in services. Expect that current Google Drive vaults will undergo this process immediately after updating.

Autofill has been made optional, and now needs to be turned on in the settings for each vault. We've also updated some core functionality to improve stability.

Form autofill should now work again. Passwords are now obscured in entry details, for your security.

We've fixed a vault-unlock (decryption) bug that prevented older vaults from being unlocked in the 2.0 app. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

We've overhauled the app, rebuilding it from the ground up to improve its speed, reliability and user-experience. Buttercup for mobile aims to provide an easy way for users to access their encrypted vaults, wherever they are, so that logging in to their important services is of little effort. Buttercup is a cross-platform suite of applications, so you can access your vault on any device. This mobile application makes it so you can carry your vault in your pocket no matter where you go. The app supports biometric unlocking, OTP/MFA codes, browser auto-login (auto fill), vault browsing/searching, wallet view (for cards) and entry creation/editing. You can scan QR codes to add OTP items to your vault via your devices camera. Use WebDAV, Dropbox and Google Drive to host your vaults remotely, or store them locally on the device (new feature!).

We've integrated our new password manager core, version 5, to improve stability and performance for larger vaults. We've also fixed search, and made some stability improvements to autofill.

We've fixed a critical performance bug that would affect vault storage size and overall performance. Installing this version is strongly recommended. Ensure that you save your vault at least once after upgrading.

Buttercup for iOS now supports integration with our hosted service, My Buttercup. Users with a My Buttercup account will be able to connect to and use their account within the app as with other providers like Dropbox or WebDAV. We've also updated a lot of the core functionality, as well as having removed old connections (NextCloud/ownCloud) - You can still connect to these platforms via WebDAV.

1.13 introduces QR-code scanning in-app for adding your OTP (one time passwords) to your vaults! Store them securely so you never lose them, even if you reset your device. Thanks to our contributors we've also now added support for localizations - as of 1.13 Buttercup for Mobile is now also available in German. We've also performed several tweaks and fixes.

Buttercup now supports 2FA/OTP (TOTP) codes support, so you can keep all of your multi-factor authentication data within your vault so that it's accessible anywhere, not just on your phone! No need for any other application, and Buttercup keeps your details securely stored within your vault, unlike some other 2FA apps. This version also introduces some UI updates as well as a more attractive and accessible search page. We may have fixed a bug or two as well.

In 1.11 we upgraded all of our connections - Google Drive, Dropbox and WebDAV - for stability (bug fixes). We've also added a search button for easier vault searching once unlocked.

We've updated the core of our mobile app for stability reasons. Autofill functionality should now be fixed, finally!

Buttercup for Mobile version 1.9 introduces Google Drive integration, so now you can store and access your vaults using your Google account. We've also made some other updates such as ensuring passwords are displayed in monospace font for easier reading.
