Smart Audio Ducking: Background sound automatically lowers its volume when voice guidance is speaking, and fades back in afterwards. Background Playback: Soundscapes and timing continue seamlessly even when your screen is locked or you switch apps, keeping you in the flow. Custom Binding: Bind a specific sound (e.g., "Alpha Waves") to a specific Flow in the editor. New: Flow Library Need inspiration? Tap the new "Sparkles" button on the home screen to explore 15+ curated Flows. Includes templates for "Perfect Eggs," "Pomodoro Variants," "Breathing Exercises," and more. Import with one tap and start immediately. Refactor: Block-based Editor We've completely redesigned the Flow Editor. Stages are now like "blocks"—you can easily drag and drop to reorder them, making adjustments more intuitive.
