The app is good but when I use the free printing of 3 prints they just allowed me one print

Hello! Up to three free seals are really available in our Printer App so that you can evaluate the work before subscribing. This is a full opportunity to test the main functions of the application.

If you managed to print only one document, there may have been a technical failure. Please send us a screenshot or a short video so that we can see what exactly is happening and help you promptly

No imprime Nada nunca reconocio mi impresora mi cel ni app

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our app doesn't support/work with desktops, it works with mobile devices only. The only way to connect is to open AirPlay/Bluetooth window in the app and then try to find it while clicking some ''Bluetooth'' button on the device to start a connection. Please make sure your iPhone/iPad is connected to the same WiFi as your Printer device and in order to make it work correctly. Then make sure your printer supports AirPrint.
