Added localisations for Danish, Norwegian (NB and NN) and Swedish. Added external keyboard support to the R&W keyboard app. Bug fixes.

Adds a small improvement to the image loading of prediction suggestions in the Read&Write Keyboard. The Show Images prediction setting is now OFF by default for new users.

Fixes a bug in the Read&Write editor app where the changed voice was sometimes not being saved correctly.

Update some text localizations.

Adds pictures to the Read&Write Keyboard predictions. This can be toggled off/on in the keyboard settings. Fixes an issue where Google Drive would only load the first 100 files for some users. Reorders files in Google Drive by recents, instead of alphabetically. Fixes a bug where slower voice speeds were not accurately changing the voice rate. Adds various fixes and improvements to the keyboard spelling and grammar checks.

Adds three new scanning features for text accessibility: * Scan from camera - take a photo with the camera and insert the text from that photo in to your document. * Scan from photo - select a photo from your photo library and insert the text from that photo in to your document. * Scan from file - Select a file (inaccessible PDF, Word document), extract the text and insert it in to your document.

Fixes a crash in the Read&Write Keyboard app that could occur when spellchecking sentences and text where there was some preceding white space present.

Fixed an issue where it was not possible to enter characters into the product code field on iPhone. Fixed a bug where the spell check complete window would sometimes show multiple times when finishing spell check in the RW keyboard. Improved the UI user flow when launching dictation from the RW keyboard app. Changed spell check in the RW keyboard so it now starts from the beginning of the document instead of the caret location. Fixed a bug where spell check in the RW keyboard could exit early when going through suggestions. Fixed a bug in the RW keyboard where the dictionary window was not presenting the keyboard for text entry on subsequent lookups. Fixed an issue where Save as Audio was not working using some voices. Fixed bug where Speak letter names in the RW keyboard not working.
