The Rest Day is a not-to-do list where you can put things you don't want to do and set a duration for them. This helps manage or motivate yourself to do what you should be doing, or allows yourself to rest properly.
When creating an item, you can choose whether to set a reminder or set the time to forever. You can also add sub-items to items and choose whether to mark items as important. Additionally, you can choose whether to repeat items and customize the interval between repetitions.
