The Project Planning & Tracking screen grid now includes the following additional columns: a) Predecessors - These cells show a summary about the Task Predecessors created. b) Successors - These cells show a summary about the Task Successors created. c) Earliest Start & Finish Dates - These dates are calculated based on the Predecessor Tasks Planning & Dependency Data. d) Latest Start & Finish Dates - These dates are calculated based on the Successor Tasks Planning & Dependency Data. e) Total Float - This is the maximum allowed delay beyond the Task Earliest Finish Date without impacting the Project Planned Finish Date. f) Free Float - This is the maximum allowed delay beyond the Task Earliest Finish Date without impacting any of its Successors Tasks' Earliest Start Date. g) Float Unit - This will be automatically set to either Days or Weekdays, depending on the Task Planned Duration Unit. This screen uses the Task Planning & Dependency Data provided to execute the CPM Planning Process as described below: a) All tasks without predecessors will have their earliest start & finish dates set to their respective planned start & finish dates. b) All tasks with predecessors will have their earliest start & finish dates calculated & updated. c) All tasks with predecessors will have their planned start & finish dates set to their respective earliest start & finish dates. d) All tasks without successors will have their latest start & finish dates set to their respective earliest start & finish dates. e) All tasks with successors will have their latest start & finish dates calculated & updated. f) All tasks will have their total float & free float calculated & updated. Task Predecessors Screen (New) --------------------------------- This screen is presented when you touch upon any Task Predecessors cell. This screen lists the Predecessors for the selected task, and allow you to add, change, and remove Predecessors. The Task Predecessors screen grid includes the following columns: a) Task Name - These cells allow you to select the Predecessor Task. b) Rule - These cells allow you to select the Dependency Rule. The choices are: FF (Finish to Finish), FS (Finish to Start), SF (Start to Finish), and SS (Start to Start) c) Lag - These cells allow you to provide a Dependency Delay Time (i.e. Positive Lag) or a Dependency Overlay Time (i.e. Negative Lag). d) Lag Unit - These cells allow you to set the Dependency Lag Unit. The choices are: Unit, Weekday, Week, and Month. Note: Any Task Dependency added in the "Task Predecessors" screen will automatically be reflected on the corresponding "Task Successors" screen(s). Task Successors Screen (New) ------------------------------- This screen is presented when you touch upon any Task Successors cell. This screen lists the Successors for the selected task, and allow you to add, change, and remove Successors. The Task Successors screen grid includes the following columns: a) Task Name - These cells allow you to select the Successor Task. b) Rule - These cells allow you to select the Dependency Rule. Project Planning & Tracking Screen "New" ------------------------------------------ This screen implements a Project & Task Planning & Tracking grid that allows you to provide: * Basic Planning & Tracking data: Planned Start & Finish Dates, Planned Duration & Duration Unit, and Actual Start & Finish Dates. * Effort Based Planning & Tracking data: Planned Effort, Actual Entered Effort, Actual Timed Effort, and Effort to Complete. * Cost Based Planning & Tracking data: Planned Cost, Actual Cost, and Cost to Complete. Note: The Task Actual Effort corresponds to the sum the Task Actual Entered & Timed Efforts The following Project & Task Progress Indicators are automatically calculated based on the planning & tracking data provided: * Effort Based Actual Progress, Projected Progress, Progress Gap, and Progress Gap %. * Cost Based Actual Progress, Projected Progress, Progress Gap, and Progress Gap %. The Project & Task Planned Duration can be provided in Days, Weekdays, Weeks, or Months. * The Planned Finish Date is automatically calculated when you provide Planned Start Date and Planned Duration. * The Planned Duration is automatically calculated when you provide Planned Start & Finish Dates. The "Add Task" button allows you to create new Project Tasks, which are initially listed at the bottom of the screen. The "Task Delete" context menu option allows you to delete existing Project Tasks.  Note: The Task Context Menu shows up when you long-press on any Task Name. The "Allocate/Deallocate" button allows you to add (subtract) Time Tracking data to (from) the Project Task's Actual Timed Effort. This screen allows you to sort the Project Tasks in multiple ways by touching on the Column Headers that show the Sort Indicator. This screen includes the Billable Indicator, which allows you to determine which Project Tasks should be billed. Project Billing Setting Screen "Enhancements" ---------------------------------------------- This screen now allows you to provide the "Maximum Daily Hours" limit for projects that do not have Daily Overtime Hours & Rates setup.

This version / build contains the following changes: a) Replaced bold fonts by regular fonts in several screens containing table views. b) Fixed landscape screen formatting issues associated to latest iPhone models.

Screen rotation & reformatting issues have been fixed for all view controllers that support the screen rotation feature.
