Arena Cloud is, hands-down, the worst user experience I’ve ever had across any app, on any device - and the TV version is a special kind of misery. Menus lag or freeze, streams crash mid-match, and basic features like “continue watching” or a simple search feel like afterthoughts. Navigation is so clunky that getting to a live game takes longer than halftime.What stings most is the sheer laziness from the company, not the devs. Arena owns the exclusive rights to most major sports in the region, has millions of captive users, and (let’s be honest) pockets deep enough to do this right. Yet the app looks and performs like a half-finished school project. Open-source players and free UX frameworks would honestly be an upgrade.It’s a disgrace that the only legal way to watch top-flight sports here is through an app that actively discourages watching. Until Arena Cloud invests real effort — or at least borrows some freely available tech - I’ll be warning everyone I know to stay away. Shame!

App is crashing all the time, losing connection. It was impossible to watch the game, series were bit better, but also lots of disconnecting and crashing.
