I started to use Fitbit Ionic before 2 days. This app is my favorite so far. Helpful, user friendly, innovative ... great job for every detail !

Fitbit itself is great, and the app itself is nicely designed. It is easy to see health statistics and to navigate towards things you are interested to. It can though be hard to find some advanced options on your phone. (turning notification on and off, profile privacy etc.) as it is not that intuitively organized.But what bothers me the most and what is the main reason for giving bad grade is that the app freezes a lot (for some reason always when checking sleep info in the morning. It takes it a lot of time to processes it and to stop freezing while looking at sleep statistic. So it seems that it has something to do with that.)I hope this will soon get fixed.

The team should seriously work on their updates as they do more harm than good and make the use if the app very frustrating. It does not sync properly, nor does it allow for an accurate manual log of food and water intake or weight data. So, it doesn’t sync well, doesn’t allow for manual entry - am really wondering what the hell should I continue using it for??

With the new update for the watch (which can’t be completed) you rendered 4days old Fitbit Versa Lite absolutely useless. Can’t update it (tried 5 times to leave it during day and night), I was even without my phone for the whole day leaving it on the “update” task hoping it will do something good, still no.Also, can’t use watch, not turn it on (because it demands that update). Utter and total failure, now I need to figure out how to return it half across the world for a refund, because the store isn't responding to my email.Nothing disappointed me so much in my life. #already ordering a Garmin!!!Ps this problem is a well known issue for months now, even on your community site. What are you, this level of amateurs?
