With the HAKOMetar desktop app, you can measure the data transmission rate of your Internet access and thereby determine the performance of your internet access in fixed network.
The individual measurement allows you to quickly and easily determine the actual data transmission rate of your Internet access and to compare it with the contractually agreed data transmission rate.
If the data transmission rates determined by you deviate from the data transmission rates contractually agreed with your provider, you can use the certified measurements procedure to prove your operator the reduced quality of the service provided. The procedure of certified measurement foresees conducting at least 3 measurements within 5 consecutive calendar days with the obligation to conduct a maximum of one measurement within 24 hours.
