Have checked many cars with CarVertical. 90% of the cars have no info at all,or just 1 mileage info. High price for low info.I rather do vehicle check with dealer. Its higher price but info is much much better,and source is trusted. On Car Vertical many car damages are listed without pictures or naming source. Only one car had pictures,from add and full milege history About 15 car i have checked so far. Its not a good number....

Credits expiry - beyond ridiculous

About a year ago, bought a pack of three credits, since the pack seemed a better deal per credit than buying a single credit. However, today, a year later, I got a mail stating that my remaining credit (spent 2 of 3) will expire in three days.God forbid that CarVertical would clearly state the credits have expiry date when I was buying the package. I feel cheated, and would advise anyone to steer clear od this scam of an app/service

Please be reminded that report credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, and this information is communicated to clients in several places, including your account, the Terms of Service and the "Help" section. Our reports are valid for 30 days from the date of generation, and we do recommend saving the report in PDF format during that period if you believe it will be needed later.
