Like the content and localization

This app has a really high quality content library and it a lot more stable than Netflix (the picture won't dynamically drop in quality for no reason). Additionally, I love the great localization for the Balkan region, since it enables my elderly parents to watch stuff with me.
there is some episodes in my ads

i am in italy and there is a subscription option that cost less, but with ads. at 1st it seemed like a great idea so i’ve made that subscription… turns out you watch more ads than the show.. it started with 1-2 short ads, then it turned in 5-6 short ads, but with every next longer.. if you want to watch like 20min episodes you have 1-6 ads in the beginning, the same in the end, and at least one or two breaks with that many ads in the episodes(i still dont get it how much and when) but definitely to many that you end up loosing the will to watch anything.. i know its a plan with ads, but its seems like you’re watching the ads and not the show/movie.. a LOT of other apps in italy have the same subscription option and they do ads, but not THAT much (prime is GRATIS with ads and there is like three times less ads, netflix has an option that cost lesser than normal subscription and have ads, but very very little which is actually watchable and not like this..) so yeah, i get that its cheaper but what sense does it make if you have to watch an crazy amount of ads for even the shortest episodes.. If someone would say me now ‘If you dont like it just cancel your subscription and watch on something else’ . I actually did that and i am back on other platforms, but myb voicing it can help to find some way to actually make people want to pay for it.
Good, and professional customer support. Other things…

Except for a couple of HBO originals, it has a really pathetic library.App it itself is completely glitchy, and it’s “algorithm “ or however they call whatever determines recommendations is laughable (it’s recommending me the same things from day one, and constantly pushing the same WB trash…).On the other side, their customer support is excellent. They’ve helped me troubleshoot, and solve numerous problems I’ve encountered while using this APP. All in all. Subscribe, watch Succession (or whichever show you like - Sopranos, White Lotus… whatever floats your boat) if you already didn’t. Then ditch it in the garbage where it belongs .
We've got tons of fixes and performance improvements in this release. Don't forget to keep your app updated to get the optimal streaming experience.
