Likert scale in action
Just to raise awareness of what you did with new review system, you are fine but I expected all that from you. If we translate that in your new review system that looks like: New system of reviews is pretty confusing. Overall experience 5 to 1 was much more easy to understand. When people explain their experience with new descriptive grades: More than expected etc. If all is fine they will give an average grade (as expected = 3), and your system doesn’t see that as all fine. You should return all system back!

This comment is submitted as a public warning regarding a booking made through your platform. On January 16, 2026, we arrived late in the night in London at accommodation reserved via Airbnb, relying on the accuracy of the listing and the platform’s representations regarding safety and standards. The property hosted by Sophia Davis (London) was in a condition that constituted a material misrepresentation of the advertised accommodation.Upon entry, the premises contained dirty and disorganized sheets, visibly soiled bedding, wet towels left in both the room and bathroom, accumulated trash throughout the space, unclean floors, and a LOT of pubic hair present on the beds and bathroom floor. Prior to arrival, the host failed to respond to repeated messages and did not provide timely check-in instructions. Additionally, the balcony door — which was shared with another room — could not be locked, representing a significant failure in basic access control and guest safety.All issues were reported immediately to Airbnb, with photographic evidence. No action was taken on their side. We experienced delays in their response, followed by a cessation of communication, and were told to secure alternative accommodation by our self at our own expense, which was done during the night(at 2 am). On the following day, they refused to give us our money back, and they offered a credit, which of course we didn't accept, after going back and forward again, they agreed to refund us the moneyThis matter reflects deficiencies in quality control, safety oversight, and consumer protection. This comment is published for the purpose to inform other users.
Setting a different prices acording to hosts's prefferencea

Me as a host at Aurbnb would like to have an option to set a different price depending on a length of the stay for my guests.In general I don't preffer stays for one night only, even not for two nights because we have a huge house consisted of 3 units and there is so much work to do to make it perfectly clean between two groups.But if I would have an option to set the higher price than my base price for one night stays (let's say 30% higher) and a bit less higher for two nights stays (let's say 20% higher), than it would be a big help and it would make much more sense and I would be happy to offer shirt stays option as well.Of course, for some hosts, their minimum stay could be for example 7 days, but if they could set that for 5 or 3 days stays they are able to set higher prices, I think it would help to incrase the number of booked nights in general.
