To hire a bike, simply select it, scan the QR code or enter the bike number - then off you go! You can return the bike at one of our stations or anywhere in the Flexzone. Our app provides you with everything you need at a glance. You can easily find the right return location with the map function or manage your customer account. You can also use the app to redeem vouchers, discover news, give feedback, or contact our customer service.
With your account, you can use nextbikes in over 300 locations throughout Europe including KVB-Rad in Cologne, WienMobil Rad in Vienna, Stadtrad Innsbruck, Styr & Ställ in Götheburg, nextbike Berlin, and many more. You can see whether your city is included using the map function in the app or find all the cities with a nextbike system on our website at www.nextbike.de.
The best thing about nextbike is that u can see they care because they always fix the bikes that I report, bring new ones in, when i had problems they always fixed it asap, always updating the number of stations and the app itself. Only thing I would want to improve is that the reserve bike option works - really need that a lot.

Very nice concept and very functional app! We used it on our vacation in Zadar and loved it.The bikes can sometimes be a little off but some faults are natural given the amount of people that use them over the summer.If you run into problems, report them to the team and move on!

I love using nextbike because the app is very convenient and helpful in finding and renting bicycles. I use it almost daily and it’s so fun on night rides. Very responsive.One thing I wish it could implement is a little more accuracy with my rentals and payment. But that seems like an easy software update down the line.Maybe would like some cooler e-bikes but that’s also just a silly suggestion.

If I could give it less than this I would. This is legal scam. First you download it, accept everything, and then when you think that maybe you can use something, you need to add 10 euros to your account. If you think that the rest would be given to you, no do not hope for it. So If you think using this only once, like I did cause where I live this does not exist. If you need to use it for a quick ride its cheeper to get a taxi. We will see how long it takes for them to steal the rest of my money cause I won’t use it in their record time.
