I have several (IOS) broker apps such as Interactive Brokers, Coinbase and FXCM, and all of them feel like a high school student built them. Trading 212 app is the only mobile app I actually use to check prices or execute orders when not on PC.
€75 missing for almost two months

My €75 withdrawal has been missing since 1 June. I reported the problem immediately, but Trading 212 support kept assuring me that everything was fine.First I was told to wait three business days, then around 20 business days, and later that an investigation had been opened. I provided all the requested documentation, including confirmation from Revolut that the funds never reached them.Almost two months later, I still do not have my money. Endless delays, contradictory answers and no concrete resolution. Completely unacceptable customer support.

Withdrawals may take up to three business days to process, although the funds can arrive on the same or next business day, depending on the receiving bank.If the timeframe has already passed, please contact us using the t212.cc/ask form so we can provide proof of payment. If you’ve already received it but your bank still can’t locate the funds, update your review with the case reference number so we can follow up.

Limited my account to only closing positions without any explanation why or how to resolve it. No info in the account section, email or anything.For customer support you have to chat to an AI bot which is absolutely broken and does nothing. When finally directs you to a human, nobody answers - bot continues talking to itself and then closes the chat without a human ever showing up. Happened on all instances when I tried to get help

At first I hated this app because it was 2 simple but nowdays I love it becuase of it. I do research online and buy in app. Simple as that. Also they have 1.5% cashback on card transactions: would recommend!!!
